                Summary: We do not collect, store, share, or sell any of your personal data. This Application serves strictly as a specialized browser for educational assessments.
            

1. Information Collection and Use

The Application does not collect any Personally Identifiable Information (PII). We do not require account registration to use the browser itself.

No Personal Data: We do not access your name, email address, phone number, or contacts.
No Tracking: We do not use advertising IDs, cookies, or behavioral analytics.
Direct Transmission: Any data entered during an exam (such as login credentials for Moodle) is transmitted directly to your institution's Moodle server and is never intercepted or stored by us.

2. App Permissions

The Application requests certain permissions only when necessary for the exam process:

Internet Access: Required to connect to the Moodle exam server.
Camera: (If requested) Used exclusively for scanning QR codes to join an exam or for proctoring features required by your institution. We do not record or store images on our own servers.
Screen Pinning/Lock Task: Used to prevent unauthorized navigation during an exam session.
Prevent Device from Sleeping: Ensures the exam interface remains visible during the entire session.

3. Third-Party Services

While the Application does not collect data, the Moodle website hosted by your school or university may collect information as part of their own educational records. Please refer to your institution's privacy policy regarding their data management practices.

4. Children's Privacy

The Application is intended for educational purposes and does not knowingly collect any data from children. Since no data is collected, we comply with COPPA and GDPR-K regulations.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Since we do not collect or store any data on our servers, there is no data to delete. If you wish to clear local cache or saved URLs, you may do so by clearing the Application's data in your Android device settings or by uninstalling the app.
